1. Who we are

Yahya Acun, an individual seller based in Turkey ("we", "us", "the Seller"), trading as Synoria AI Corporation for this website and the products sold on it.

2. What we sell

Digital software products only. Each purchase gives you a personal, time-limited license to run a dedicated, isolated instance of the product for 31 days, plus any AI feature usage included in your plan. Nothing physical is shipped.

3. Where we sell

We sell worldwide. These Terms apply the same way to every customer, wherever you are — we do not offer region-specific terms.

4. Orders and payment

• Payment is accepted only in USDT or USDC, sent on-chain to the address shown at checkout.
• On-chain payments are irreversible. Once your transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, it cannot be recalled by you or by us.
• Your order is delivered automatically once payment is confirmed on-chain.

5. License terms

• The license is personal to the email address used at checkout. It may not be transferred, resold, or shared.
• The license runs for 31 days from delivery and does not renew automatically.
• For products marked as requiring your own API key (BYOK), any third-party API costs, quotas and terms of use are between you and that provider and are your responsibility.
• When the license term ends, your instance and the data stored inside it may be deleted. Export anything you need before the term ends.
• You may not use the product unlawfully, or attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or resell the underlying service.

6. No warranty

The product is provided "as is" and "as available", with no warranty of any kind, express or implied, including no warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of liability

Our total liability to you for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our separate Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your order applies to that order.
